I think Myrd was suggesting that you send a bug report to those responsible for creating your graphics driver(s), so in this case, that would be whoever wrote your Nouveau and/or Mesa drivers.

After many trials and tribulations, I managed to create a fairly legible PDF of the manual under 10 MB. It has been submitted to the Tain.

I'm using Firefox Quantum 61.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 7 Professional. I get the same error using IE 11 on the same machine.
