Bug 1:

a very old bug:
when failing to join a game (because it is full, just started, or is compatible) the host's options are copied.

Options should be restored after a failed join.

Bug 2:
When failing to host, because map cannot be loaded because of a missing pluging, the TCP/IP socket is not closed, the application has to be restarted.

Actually, I always thought this was a feature, seeing as how the code was clearly changed so that you couldn't find passwords this way. Also, if you join another game (or actually, I thought that clicking 'cancel' and trying again worked just as well. If not, joining a game or rejoining playmyth most certainly does the trick), the settings return to what you had originally.

It's a pretty arbitrary issue anyway.

not arbitrary, u don't expect hosting options to change, just because u failed to join a game.

it's takes a lot of time to get all the plugins selected etc, so this is really annoying.

you can revert back to your original settings without resetting everything manually. plus sometimes it's convenient when you _want_ to copy another host's settings.

I will agree that #1 is a bug, but at this point in the game if it existed in 1.3 we aren't going to touch it. Because of the danager of creating 10 new bugs at the same time.

As for #2, can you confirm or deny if this was fixed in PB#2?
