When i use some maps, like WWII Yosemite v1.1 the pregame screen does not show the custom image, and says that there 0 start locations.
it's not consistent, sometimes it works, usualy after playing a game.
However i prefer the tag load order now, like back in the old days (tags in map can overide plugin), so please fix it without changing back

This bug is still present in beta 2.
(No pregame screen with WWII plugins, and 0 start locations)
It's cosmetic, the game runs without any problems.
After playing once the pregame screen is displayed correctly.

pregame screen is in the Yosemite plugin.
this bug also occurs when hosting any other WWII map that requires WWII Units.
tested with Titans, Yosemite, Combat.
