About myth source code

I would like to know under what license is protected the myth source code, specially myth 2 source. I would also want to know if you have the code and if you got it why don't you put it on the web server to allow public download an development.
I am currently interested in having myth 2 source for studying.

The Myth source code is not open source. It is owned by Take2 Interactive who has not released it to anyone under any license. If you aren't here just here to troll for flames drop me an email.
