That is simply excellent. A Total War mod is just as great an idea as a Mount and Blade one, if you ask me. Keep it up!

That video you made is simply amazing! Man, I think i'm going to have to buy total war just to try this out.
I have to say im really impressed, while the dwarves may lack the crazy physics of the myth engine, you made them as perfectly as I could imagine (even the throwing distance is about right!). I love the spyglass on their back too, nice touch (did you base them off of the "pathfinder" intro for one of the levels? Shows an anime-style dwarf scouting out the back entrance of a fortified keep.
Anyways, i know for a fact that I speak for everyone here when I say: GREAT JOB! You are definitely doing Myth justice. Cant wait to see the forest giants smacking the crap out of some baddies!

Wow!!!! I've been playing total war for years, and just by total war standards, your video is amazing!!!! You add myth in that cocktail and it's even more unbelievable amazing!!!! Incredible animations and battle movements, it flows so great!!!!!

I'm glad you're liking it...it was really tough work to finish it..it will be even harder to finish the mod itself...
Yes my inspiration for the dwarves came from that cutscene exactly...but I'm thinking maybe later I should separate different units from the same race..like Dwarf scout/pathfinder/thrower/ etc..
anyway lets just finish the dark side...there are more problem...I just realized I'd have problems with the soulles too.

pardon my language, but Holy Crap, that's friggin' amazing.
if you were to ask, the ONLY tiny tiny tiny so small it's really not worth mentioning suggestion i would say to ignore until maybe when have time on your hands are tweaking for final release - the ghols' movement seemed a little too _sleek_ - when running through grass they were smooth like jungle cats - in Myth and Myth2 they always seemed more dog/ape like than catlike. again, such a small thing - the movie is truly amazing, you've really got the look of the myth units down well - I wish Myth 3 had looked like that.
