not a problem. that's why i included the link to the manual, thought there might be some other useful things that you might have forgotten (or never know) about.

of course there are things in the newer versions of Myth2 which _aren't_ in the manual, like shift-click-drag to resize the in-game overhead map. (or was that CTL-click-drag.... i can never remember key combinations - i need a key that would display all the keyboard shortcuts in a semi-transparent overlay...

You guys rock!!! Well done on the patch.

I just decided to check out the game again after many years and it
is just great to see you are looking after it's legacy.

cheers

Registered today just so I could say THANK YOU to the developers and Myth community for updating, maintaining, and keeping Myth II alive. I love that I can play this game again after a long absence from it.

I wish more old games were granted a new lease on life by their original owners.

Keep up the great work!

-Fred.

I wasn't aware this was broken... do you have a film?

ill get you one, its not broken. Its just what we used to do with babyshaker was trigger all the enemies. Now you have to trigger segments of all 3 flanks instead of one giant trigger

Just got here to say: "THANK YOU!" for all the effort you guys put in here. I recently switched to a monster iMac and seeing SB running on that 27" screen is terrific.

One question though I can´t seem to answer by myself: Is there a way to in/de/crease the game speed like in former versions? I really liked that option.

Thanks again and all the best.

Hey Dargain, thanks for the feedback, always appreciated :)

Yes, indeed - you can speed decrease/increase the game speed with f1 and f2, respectively.

If there's an old feature you remember, it's likely still there because we always try to avoid removing features whenever possible.

Wow - thanx for your speedy reply. As far as I can tell F-keys are bound to system configs under SnowLeopard. F1+F2 are now for display brightness for example. Do you know a workaround here - how I can access game speed again?
Cheers

Use the "Fn" key in conjunction with the F-keys to actually use them as F-keys, and not for things like brightness, etc.

Hi.
That at least is a solution - thanks for the tip - I wouldn´t have figured it out by myself.
Now I wish for a bigger hand to access it via one hand.
Big thanks - now I can start over making myth movies again. :P

Regards

You can change that in System Preferences: Keyboard, so the F-keys work like normal F-keys and you have to use the 'fn' key to change the brightness, volume, etc.

Well - I know how to bind hot keys to certain menu operations in apps - but I don´t seem able to do what you suggest for SnowLeopard/Myth combo.

I suppose he suggested going through the system preferences so it is handled by Snow Leopard instead of doing it individually per program that allows such changes.
