Unfortunately it's not on the Tain (at least not if the word 'Barn' is in the name), and the MWC07 site is dead.

Could you upload a copy to the Tain, or is there somewhere else interested parties (e.g. DA) could check out some project you've worked on?

Im going to upload it to the tain - hopefully by today.

One thing though - Ferrex had a lot of edited tags, and there was (and is) an overlooked bug that needs to be fixed before i upload it (its a bad one, too!).

Basically, ferrex was trying to make satchels and bottles more like TFL for raisin barn, cuz he had edited object tags for sats and bottles, so when raisin barn got released and we thought all was well, it turned out bottles and sats have too much health for one pus to set them off, so the fix is fairly simple, but it was the vestigial leftover tags from ferrex's local that caused this, combined with an oversight on my part (assuming they were all normal myth sats and bottles).

Anyhow people got pissed when their ghol bombs didnt work - myself included (doh), but other bottles and sats seemed to set them off just fine. Most people didnt realize the REASON for this bug - most assumed i made some nub mistake - when really i get to blame it legitimately on Ferrex who isnt here to defend himself ;)

Anywho, expect it to be at the tain soon.

Thanks Ooga, Raisin Barn is one of those TFL maps I see mentioned all the time in old TFL-era articles and on TFL order sites that never got converted to M2, so I am looking forward to the public release of Raisin Barn 2 for Myth II.

I just found another link to the MWC07 site and there IS a link to the m2 Raisin Barn - but since you said it has a significant bug and you are going to fix it right away (not done yet?!?!?) ;) would be nice to see the fixed version.

It should be known that Raisin Barn 2 is certainly not a port. It's more like a new plug on the same cmap.

Yea maybe not so much a "port" since it is on an all new colormap and all new DIS map as well. the "porting" was trying to get the units JUST how ferrex had them in TFL's RB version and then "Port" them to the Raisin Barn 2 version.

Also the "Bug" that caused spiders to Sprint forever in the myth 2 version after clicking on an enemy is now fixed in 1.7

Now the spiders will only attack WHILE sprinting JUST like they did in TFL's Raisn Barn. Also the bottles as ooga just stated above are now fixed and will not go off if they touch the water first. There is also 2 new versions of hunting added to this Raisin Barn 2. One has the players hunting Peasants and AI scripted trow hunting peasants AND the players. They are pretty smart to. There is also a Dark Hunting version we are working on where you get dark units and you get points fo killing ANY living thing in the Town.

you get points on Dark hunting for killing people, chickens, pigs , Birds, Pumpkins, squash, rows of corn. Really raise the place and destory all life (much like the dark would do) there will also be AI defenders of the town and you will meet more resistance as you get closer to the town square.

This will be action packed and people should enjoy a mixture of AI scripting on MultiPlayer maps with this one. ALso all the NORMAL Raisin barn fare will be included (FFA) and (2teams)

Oh. Well, I seem to recall the once I played it the units were not at all the same and it didn't work with vTFL. Who knows...

To make sure I am understanding correctly, is this a new version of the Raisin Barn II that was part of MWC07?

I think you're mistaken. Spiders are not bugs. They are arachnids.

ooga, I am not familiar with the TFL one so am not going to be making negative comparisons with it, but I am looking forward to playing the new and improved SB version (90% of my mything is ffa) - any estimates of when you'll have a new version ready to dl? Or should I just dl the one from the MWC07 site?

Changes to cmap then, so it wasn't a port in any regard, my mistake.

I finally made sure there are no damn assasin bugs. It took a while to make sure i spawned in every spawn point on every map with the option..
