Other than the Peking Duck, I'd say go see China before the Olympic games, it's changed a lot in just a few years but after the games I predict it'll be nothing but a huge circus... :cry:

peru is amazing, as is equador (especially the galapagos if you have lots of money to play with)

australia is very cool too, lots to see and do, quite a unique place.

new zealand is also very cool

Personally, the next countries I'd like to go to are indonesia, malayasia and thailand, but having never been I probably shouldn't suggest them.
