remaking solo levels for co-op multiplayer

I always think about remaking the solo myth II levels for co-op. I love playing the levels like redemption online with others but the levels aren't really meant to be played that way and I think they can be improved. One problem is players sometimes get bored with the units they are given, like when two people get the dwarfs and archers but the third gets left with the warriors. One way I think this can be solved is by adding hero units so each player is left with some thing cool to play. Also some levels will be to easy when playing co-op and others will be harder and frustrating just because of the they are set up.

So my question is, is there anyone that would want to work on this with me? I'm pretty good with fear but know little about loathing and scripting actions and that sort of stuff. Oh also, I guess it would be important to ask has this already been done and is it a good idea?

Thanks,
Nekura

Road made a Heroes of Coop plugin, which adds new scripts to the Myth coops and gives you a set of hero units. There are a lot of versions of it floating around, and I have no idea what one is considered the "final." It's a fun plugin, but a bit too simple for quality coop challenge, even on legendary.

I think there is plenty of room for your idea. The more coop the better.

That's cool, I figured there might be some. I wish I would see more on the net. Mazz is a fun co-op but it gets old being one of the only ones that people play a lot.
