Myth 3 windowed mode

Myth III v1.31 on PC win 8.1. Don't see an option for windowed mode under display or display settings. There is a file in the preferences folder for it, but doesn't seem to be a standard configuration file. I've tried alt-enter as well. Any ideas?

As far as I know there is no easy way to run Myth III in a window. It is a bit annoying to be honest. i would imagine a 3rd party program might work.

Just saw in the read me for patch 1.31 that the feature works on macs but not PC. Guess that's why I noticed the file in preferences.
Doesn't seem to have problems in fullscreen for me so far.
