Re: Myth II 1.8.3 Released!

Are Fear and Loathing going to be 64-bit as well? I installed 1.8.3, but while the Myth app itself is 64-bit, Fear and Loathing are showing as 32-bit.

It's been working just fine for me. Best one yet, in fact.

Jinn's working fine for me. May try re-downloading the plugins?

Re: For those that have tried 1.8...Mapsets.. alphabetical p

I'm still confused about why anyone ever even wanted the maps to be sorted by the number of meshes in them. To me that's like a company sorting their list of employees by how many kids they have. I'm sure there was a good reason behind it (well, I hope there was) but I don't see it, so could someone...

Re: "Insert your CD or do a full install" ???

Putting slashes in your filenames generally isn't a good idea. OSX uses the '/' for its filesystem. Usually the system can fudge around it ok, but it does cause problems now and then.

As far as I know TFL won't work on Mountain Lion, because it requires Rosetta. You can play the TFL levels in Myth 2, though, with the "Fallen Levels" plugin. (http://www.projectmagma.net/downloads/)

Re: Are there any Heroes Who Dare ??

Some bows are big, some are small. Like swords. Some Medieval longbows were over 7 feet in length, depending on who was using it.

Re: Myth Kickstarter Project

OK, I think we all need to simmer down and take a step back and look at this. There are too many personal grudges and vindictiveness to really look at this objectively. Guys (speaking to Ooga, Ren, and Road), I’m not a hater. I don’t have problems with any of you and I don’t want to start now....

I think a bigger problem than speed are those who have a bandwidth cap or have to pay-per-megabyte.

It actually sounds pretty funny in the context it's in. I picture a bunch of corporate bigwigs sitting around a conference table with pie charts and motivational posters talking about Myth plugins.

Awesome! Myth 3 is alive again! Played a couple of levels in 10.8.2, worked fine, and it looks pretty good on new hardware.
