I would like to suggest that in the next update you enable arcs to flame arrow same team units. I guess you could set it same as Jman heals. The reason I say this is. Sometimes I try to walk enemy units over satchels, and sometimes I will take a weak unit an put them on sats to luer and clump enemy units on sats. What happens sometimes though is cause the bait unit is close to sats that when you click the ground to flame it selects your bait unit instead. If you could flame your own units this wouldnt be a prob.

Suggestion for flame arrows - Flame arrow suggestion
if you do that in general, that would be a gameplay modification and they don't want to do that...
maybe try setting your flame arrows like that in fear (ie. useable on friendly units) , and try if you go oos when playing with ppl who do not have them set like that...
if you go oos, you'll have to live with it, if you do not go oos, good for you

Ever heard of control clicking?
You can also change your observer constants.

Bob I have heard of control clicking but, that doesnt work for flame arrows. Remember you press T then the target for the arrow? When you press T then click near one of your units like 1 standing on sats it selects the unit. What about the observer constants though what can I do with those to help this?
Well you can modify your observer constants to make your camera do funny things.

What Bob was trying to say is that you can have two things in your local folder that will not make you go OOS in multi-player games: formations and observer constants
I think most people know they can create their own custom formations with about 30 seconds of work in Fear, but some may not realize you can also greatly increase the speed at which you camera rotates by messing with the observer constants. Both modifications can really help you in the middle of a game.

Oh and about the flame arrows... Just click the ground either right in front or right behind (rotate your camera!) the units in question. It will set the ground on fire where it hits a unit, so right behind will probably get you where you want to blow things up.

Hey thanks for telling me about the observer constants, but I have a question how do I use them? I want to speed up camera for all directions, I set everything to max and that really jacked it up big time. I have it back to what is was, but what sorta numbers work good to over all speed it up to mb 2 times speed is now?
I know to click in front of or behind sats, but that doesnt always work good, I just think it would be esier if you could just target your unit that is directly on sats. It could mb be an option you can set in prefs like using right click for ground attack. Both can potentially be dangerous.

Add the numbers there by 15 % and it should be good. As for the secodn thing. Practice. Practice. Practice.
