Me: I think this Phrase A might be confusing to our customers. Maybe we should try using Phrase B.


Boss takes both phrases and shows each to every person in our own department and then comes back to me.


Boss: Nobody really thinks Phrase A is confusing.


Me (as Boss is walking away): Uhhh, maybe we should try asking some actual customers...


(silence)
