Well yeah, that's actually what I meant - make a sticky with the "How do I make a map" question with some relevant links.

If the PTB (powers that be) have any interest in creating such a sticky it might be worthwhile getting people's recommendations on what to include in such a note.

Sure if someone wants to create a thread with a good list to get people started and let others contribute from there, I will sticky it.
