The "tags" folder, not the "plugins" folder. Also, to make sure, please post the sizes in bytes, not kilobytes (so that we can tell if they're exactly as they should be or not).

EDIT: Ignore this post. Apparently I can't read. Those files you have are of the same sizes as the ones I have. So the tags seem fine. Which doesn't bring us any closer to figuring out what's causing this.
Ignore the text below.
Interesting. The sizes of "international large install" and "international small install" are different than what I have.
I guess you may be running an international (localized) version of Myth II. Now ideally that shouldn't affect anything. But at this point we don't have a clue as to why it's not working - maybe something in those tag files is different enough that 1.6 can't use it.
My "international large install" is 61,250,000 and my "international small install" is 68,275,062.
You could try getting the US English versions of those files from somewhere and seeing if that changes anything. Or that may have no effect whatsoever - I have no idea.
Do you know what language / country your Myth II version is for? (Perhaps someone else who has that version can confirm that it works OK, so we can eliminate that as the possible cause.)
Sorry that I can't help you any better than that, but I am as baffled by this as you.

My tags are exactly the same size (and size on disk) as those and I have no issues running Myth 2. I would like to know the sizes of this patch plugins in bytes instead of kilobytes to compare.
