Pretty sure gizmo was working on it before graydon had it.

Its also one of those projects where people would rather let it die than share it with the community.

Gizmo lost all his stuff, but shared the really early stuff he had left over with me years ago.

Basically, when his HDD died, he went back to square 1, and would have had to reanimate all the 3D models and stuff, and basically was done with it.

Graydon and Oynx's project was completely different, the whole thing was started from scratch using the original models and animations of the units that were to be used. It never got far enough to be very shareable. The units were not finished being rendered, and the functionality was not complete.

I'd love to finish it one day, but who knows what that kind of timetable that would be.

And that's why you should always have backups.

Sometimes not having backups can be a good thing because it forces us to leave the past behind and move forwards with greater momentum than we would have if we had all the detritus from the past clinging to us.

When it's complete?

Of course that's just a baseless rumor - why anyone would think I have a collection of mythfiles is a mystery to me.
