I don't have Myth 3 either but I played it at a friends house and I think it would work great. Unfortunately though, I've heard it was a thousand times harder to make a M3 map, let alone units. I don't know of any complete M3 new unit plug-ins ever made.

And yeah, Carlinho's units are really awesome. That's mostly why I decided to join him on this. They look as good as if not better than Creation's units.:)

wasssuuup! unkfoldt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm ambering the Athenian hoplites right now.
I was thinking instead of doing solo levels, doing big coop battles where one player commands hoplites other archers, other horsemen, and same for the other side, persian immortals, and horsemen...
that way playing in big scale is funny and not boring...

Is that possible? never did a multiplayer coop before....

I've almost got the Plataea battle map finished. It's a lot better than my Marathon map (in my opinion) :;): I added a bunch of tributary streams off the river because the landscape as it existed was pretty boring. I'll e-mail it to you in a couple of days. The multi idea sounds cool. I think you could have unit trading also, for instance, to allow people to decide whether they want to control archers only or archers and cavalry. :)

By the way, what are the odds of us both picking a Southpark character for an avatara, then end up working together? I just really like Cartman.

hahahaha that's cool!!!!
I really didn't realize until today when I opened the tread and saw your avatar!
I never did any multiplayer map so I'll have to investigate a lot on scripting for them.
I know a lot of scripting for single player maps....but I have no clue whatsoever as how to do unit trading and coop and all that....
let me know if you have any idea....
hey!!!!
looking forward to that map!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

jeeez, you mean I married, have a child, work now full time and then some more,
and I haven't released this yet?

hehehehe

all rocks except the latest....hehe I haven't worked on this plug in the last 2 years....
sorry guys, life, scripting problems, and WWII took a toll on the poor greeks

as usual, I get bored after a while of new games, and come back at it....so
maybe one day the greeks see the light....
they are not modern compared to the WII HD stuff I did...as they are....yes, ancient...

2005........jeeeeeeeeeeez!!!!

other than my slowmac, they seemed to be looking and working good... time for a beta release of the unit tagset!

lol ya like my 10 years of dust on the wwii stuff finally said id put my other hobbies aside and get the darn thing done... or at least posted... you could release a taste of greek beta for 1.72 then fire the GREEK up for 1.8 release you probably wont have to index them by then and lag will be a thing of the past ..

looking forward to seeing this one again...

wow!!!!!!!!
32 bit pngs or some such graphically snazzy resolution... no idea how or when though seems to be the buzz from hotline. in anycase be sure to save your unindexed renders melekor was even talking about maybe making some kind of importer to replace old indexed bitmaps with unidexed ones.

have you tested with your current computer to see if you still get lag on 1.72 with your greeks going at it?
