I noticed your interface is in the form of a local folder, this needs to be converted to an interface plugin. I can show you how to do that, or do it for you.
I also noticed that the narration sound for the level is the willow creek narration, you might want to remove that.
If you can, make a plugin interface.
Site where I created voiceovers "broken", I can no longer create sound design for plugins.

You did not answer Melekor's question.

So? Why use the wrong voice. Instead have no voice.

It's still not quite ready..
Replace the interface local folder with the plugin I made
Remove the expanded interface
Remove instructions for installing local folder interface from the readme
Remove willow creek narration sound
I also noticed the pregame image is indexed wrong so some pixels are transparent, and the postgame collection contains two unused 640x480 images with corrupted colors.
Another issue is I can barely read the pregame text, it is almost the same color as the background.

Well, you did say to approve it. Are you in the middle of uploading it now? The file I see still appears to be version 1.3.

If you uploaded a new file, it didn't work. I still see the old file.
Try uploading again with a different file name. It's late here, I will check back tomorrow.

on the same subject, Pyro answered me:
Myth uses 8 bit because it takes less computer power. Remember Myth 2 is from 1998. It would not have worked well for so many if Bungie made it use 24 bit images. Also, 24 bit images use more hard drive space than 8 bit images.
behold, because sometimes the pregame appear stained.

Those black pixels are caused by using color index 0 or 1 in the image, and could be easily fixed. I guess Maik just didn't feel like it or whatever.

The problem with the pregame has nothing to do with Oak. The problem can be fixed with Maik's pregame if he indexes the colors for 8 bit correctly. An image that is 8 bit can look good if done right.
The problem Melekor shows in the screenshot has to do with the first colors indexed for the pregame. The first color has to be used for transparent background. Do not use that first color for anything else. The second color is used to separate all images in a collection. Do not use that second color for anything else. Maik used one of those 2 colors for his pregame which made those pixel black or transparent.
The other problem Melekor mentions is the color of the text for the narration. That can be changed in the collection. There is an image with a few pixels of color. Each pixel is used for something. One of them is the color of the text for pregames.

Specifically, of the 3 colours in the colors.bmp graphic from left to right; Map Title, pregame text, captions text (this was never used in m2 but works if you want to use it like TFL did)
