my map has about 36-40 different monster types, some for appropriate reasons (like special general units, each team having no same units), anyone thinks/knows that's too much for playing reasons/technical reasons?

I have a map which reaches the maximum unit limit. It does not go OOS at all and crashes as often as any other map does.

I'm pretty sure you're safe up to 64 different collections now, if you subtract the necessary ones for interface, colour map, overhead map etc then that leaves you with say...50 to be on the safe side. If you have 40 different collections for your units (I'm assuming you probably don't?) then that leaves you with around 10 for scenery and projectiles (that aren't included in unit collections).
