In pregame collections, there is a sequence called "29,35,25".
Is this the amount of pregame pics that are allowed (determined by number of numbers) and is the number itself the amount of time I will see the specified pregame pic? If I'm correct, is it possible to increase the number of seconds you see a pregame pic?

the numbers are the number of seconds that an image will be up before it changes. specifically, the first number is how long the first image will be up, the second for the second, etc..

In other words lank said "yes" :p
As an addition, the trans per frame setting for the sequence determines the amount of fading between images, ie, none means the images will snap up into place.
As an interesting coincidence, you can create pregame animations by entering low numbers in the comma-separated sequence name, using high fade values can then make it look fairly smooth.
Oh, and also, if your fade value is too high (iirc higher than four times the smallest number in the sequence name) then the fade doesn't execute properly, it fades a bit then snaps the image into place, because it's now switching to another before the fade has completed.
You can also animate the background, but the images are big so I wouldn't bother personally, plus it's REALLY distracting unless you only animate one part, in which case you're back to animating the little illustrations since they're in the best spot
