Zer, I can understand your frustration but there's a way of posting that results in getting help and another way that results in being ignored - so far you've chosen the latter course. From the zero real information you've provided (such as operating system etc) there's absolutely nothing I could suggest that might resolve things on your end.
If you want your situation improved them please calm down & tell us rationally what's happening. Give some respect and you'll get some in return
