I can't log onto hotline from my new dorm. "An unknown error has occured. ID 1/1 [10022]

If anybody could post my contact (oogaboogan@yahoo.com) in udogs hotline news with a brief message thatd be great.

Your dorm's internet service has probably specifically blocked Hotline. I think the Hotline Client has an ability to connect via Http proxy, can you do that?
