Blood on map

Is there an easy way to put a lot of blood on my map (without detonating units)? I know I can put many "guts blood" but then I have to set Z parameter for each of them.

You don't have to set a Z parameter for blood. They'll all be placed on the ground, which I imagine is where you want them. Just make sure to double-click them and select "detonates immediately" so that they stain the mesh instead of laying there in globs.

I knew about "detonates immediately" and always selected it. But it seems to be a problem only with one map. In the others blood is OK (yeah, without setting Z parameter), but in this map blood do not even appear. And I don't know, if it has any connection with another problem in this map: when I put on it dwarf head projectile, it's light green, fir'Bolg's head is light blue, etc. Really ugly.

Dwarf heads are green because that's what the bitmaps look like. You'll find these if you look in Amber (for Mac OS 9/Classic only). This is because the heads have not come from a dead monster (which would have its own collection reference, which changes the colours of their hats, hair etc). In response to your first question, you could make a monster whose soft death and hard death projectile groups are just blood, put on the map and make them "Detonate Immediatley".

OK, I know what was causing these problems with blood on this map. I had some units with "detonates immediately" selected. I made them invisible and then visible by scripting after while. And it's OK now. Thanks for help.
