Ive got a night mesh, but many people say that its too dark for them to see. It looks perfect on my monitor, so im finding it hard to fix when I cant test it... Whats the best way to make a mesh brighter? Ive asked but no one would tell me which parts were too dark, so I don't know... but would dark color fraction help? Light? I have expiramented with these a bit but nothing seemed to help.

I didn't realize the fog density was set to .0008, maybe that is it... if only I could test it out...

Do you have an LCD? They display dark areas much brighter than CRT monitors do. CRT monitors burn out and become darker after a couple of years so it is possible that is their problem.

So your saying they just need new monitors? Sounds good to me ;)
I was trying to make a "midnight" mesh, with the regular settings, and a "dawn" mesh, where it was much lighter, but no luck yet. (still hoping it was the fog)

If you've got photoshop, here's what I'd do... Export the shadow map from loathing, and open it up in PS. Go to Adjustments--->Levels, and fool around with that a little bit. Try to keep good variation on hills and stuff, but make it a bit lighter. Save, import, check, and try to get someone to give you feedback on the mesh lighting. Rinse and repeat until it looks good.
