As I wrote few weeks ago, I'm still working on my solo campaign. I want to use colormaps made by other people and then place units, script it and make few other little things. But I need permissions to use these maps, so I want to know who made them (I have some names here, but I want to be sure) and how to contact their creators. Here are list of maps:
1. Picket Fences - I think Vista made it(?)
2. Hills of the Crow - Soma(Creation) ???
3. Thaw Before the Storm - Badlands
4. Caer Cadarn - Badlands
5. Sleepy Hollow v1.0 - THORAN(?)
6. Ashes to Ashes v1- CoM group(?)
7. Plains of Muirthemne - Electrofryer
8. Heart of Darkness - ?
9. Shuffle off this Mortal Coil v1.0 - Leadfeather
10. Smells Like Death in Here v1.1G1 - Bellendaine and Plague(?)
11. The Great Divide v1-0 - Badlands
12. Rest in Pieces(light) - strike(?)
13. To Kill a Mockingbird v1.0 - King Friday/Terra Incognita(?)
14. Creep on the Borderlands - The Fellowship of Stoneheim(?), but I think it's Bungie map?
So, please tell me where I'm wrong and maybe contacts with some of these guys? Thanks.

Long, long ago I contacted the folks at Badlands - but this was like 1999.
I tried and failed to contact Thoran once upon a time when I made a "Redux" version of his most excellent
Sleepy Hollow map (the new plugin contains all the original meshes plus a whole set of 4-start versions and some unique 2-team versions). The color map on Sleepy Hollow is one of our favorites.
I've chatted with Soma recently (great guy btw) to get permission for tweaking and plugin-izing his
Trebuchet unit from his
Grilling Grounds map (a superb unit and a superb map). You could probably PM him from the
OoH Forums - you'll need to register first though.

Thanks, Baak.
I have already Soma's permission. I PMed him at the OoH Forums as you said.
BTW: Do you know anyone from Badlands?
And to all of you: I'm still looking for these guys, so if someone has got any clues, please post it.

Unfortunately no - someone else here might - last time I contacted them was when I first found Dorfball and emailed them asking why I couldn't get the Dorfball Solo to work (1999?). Unfortunately that email addy appears long since dead.
Man, I
so wanted that Dorfball Solo to work!!

--- Yes, CoM - specifically Phish and CyberBob.
8. Heart of Darkness
--- Ripp/VistaCartel
10. Smells Like Death in Here v1.1G1 - Bellendaine and Plague

13. To Kill a Mockingbird v1.0 - King Friday/Terra Incognita(?)
--- aka Matt Sturm
14. Creep on the Borderlands - The Fellowship of Stoneheim(?), but I think it's Bungie map?

Thanks, Vinyl.
I tried to contact Thoran and Strike, but their mails seem to be dead
BTW: Are Plague and Bellendaine members of the Badlands? Can I get permissions to use Badlands maps for them?

happy to help. I don't know if either or both of them can speak officially for badlands, all I know is that they had some kind of affiliation with Badlands at the time they put out the map.
I used to have a link to a site that Badlands had moved to after they stopped making Myth maps - they were working on some kind of PC(?) ball-sports oriented game I think - but I seem to have lost the info.

Magma used several Badlands maps for Ultimate Team Battles including Smells Like Death. Perhaps someone who worked on that could be of help?

Yikes. If you're going back to Badlands time, you could try knocking on Clan Plaid's door. Conner prolly knows a few names/addies... Or, mb he could point you to Santa's Head, who was rubbing shoulders with Clan of the Bear / Voracious Rabbits / Vista / Badlands and the rests of the TFL trail-blazers.

Thanks, Oro. I've just sent a mail to Conner.
I have another question. I was looking for some of these guys at PlayMyth. I've even got a permission from Leadfeather. But I can't PM all of those men. When I was sending a message to Thoran for example, it showed an information that this user is not exist.
PS: I have got 2 permissions (Hotc and Sotmc), but I'm still looking for the others. So please, post if you know something.
