Ingame music

How long ingame sound can be? It could be important, cause I want to put some melody (like in Mazz VI or 9vsFallen I think).

well Clue plays music all the way through the level. But it just loops im sure. If you want to know how large a sound file can be, I have no idea...

Lotsa music would make plug huuuuuge proly - I hope that there are no limits in this matter. Gugusm will you help me implement some music to plug when you figure how it works plz ?

Well, I think implementing music in to the game would be made by the same way like other sounds, so I know how to do it. The only problem is this limit (if there is any).

Tir, maybe make new thread on IX forums, so we can make it work together.

All right well I figured it out. Just changed some settings in itunes and exported as AIFF. Thx.

Be warned, if you use large sound files (like the length of full songs)... then Myth may lag a bit when loading them in-game. Anyone remember MythRACER?
