Mariusnet Autohost Requests?

I intermittently put up an autohost or two on mariusnet for people to use.

I like to have one for demo players and another for everyone else.

If anyone has any specific requests I'd be happy to try and facilitate them.

You can leave them in this thread and I should hopefully get them within 24 hours, or for more immediate response, I can be reached on udog hotline (hl.udogs.net)

A only vTFL auto host would be great in my opinion, with maps mostly from the TFL multipack. But it seems that theres a bug involving autohost and vTFL.... it seems to work only on the first map of the rotation, then in the subsequent ones it revert to M2 gameplay. I saw this happening on your autohost, Doobie (the slugfest games), and I doubt you wanted to do slug on M2 :P .

Or maybe I'm totally wrong.

all of my coop plugs on the Tain have the "can be used by demo" flag checked, and im curious to see if that means you can play them if you only have the demo.

But if you host haxor plugins you are welcome to use any of mine (though they are noob :)) I am FW and would play them at least...

HeroQuestb5 would be cool, or just some reg coops

I don't think "can be used by demo" does anything.

Plugins are ignored by the demo version of Myth. If, however, demo users install the 1.6 updater over the top of the demo, it will support plugins ... but the vast majority of them won't load because of missing tags in the demo's foundation files.

Hence, if you want your plugin to be loadable by the demo, you'll need to create it against the demo's foundation files and include whatever tags are missing yourself. And you'll need demo folk to install the 1.6 updater.

In case any of the above is illegal, it wasn't me that typed it. It was my 7-yr-old daughter (the iron maiden). Yes it was, really!

speaking of autohosting, I tried to join one of your autohosted games last night and kept getting the "this game can not accept new players, there may be a firewall..." message. (paraphrased)
