Sometimes the news queue goes without checking for a while, excluding the Bungie employees who just shove stuff in there without checking the queue.
That, or someone doesn't care (which annoys me greatly). I'll resubmit it.
First MWC info didnt show up this years and now this. I dont belive that there could be more important submision than this about server change :/
This suck a bit...
Do you also have a feeling that Bungie doesnt care even a tiny bit anymore ?

Do you really expect them to care? the webmaster has probably never even played myth, let alone cares enough to post a server change...+

It is possible the employees charged with the website don't know what Myth is or that Bungie had anything to do with it.

you say they don't care yet i talked to a bungie employee last Friday and he said they (well, at least he was) following the begging of mwc for a while.
it's not that bungie doesn't care, it's the fact that they reserve their newspage for whats going on actively in their community.
why would you advertise a game that you don't even own anymore?

Yeah, I agree in 99%. Simple and logic. All comapanies do so. All but Bungie.
Maybe I'm wrong but 2007 I had feelinf that Bungie rly cared for their history. They submited news about MWC every years ( and even some news about new plugs, I guess there is still info about Mazz IV and V there)- there was section about Myth on Bungie.net website - section with Myth Q&A, servers info, even part about Myth III and MamboJumbo and Take2.
Now all whats left is few screenshots from Myth II beta... pfffft.....
IMHO Bungie is where it is now becasue they cared for fans and their past work and now they are slowly loosing that touch....
that sux...
Bungie stopped caring LONG ago

The simple fact is that We (pre halo Bungie fans)
paid ALL of their bills and salarys for about 10 years.
And for that payment they gave us GREAT GAMES.
a little show of love to the people that helped get them where they are now (Pre halo fans) would be nice.
All the Bungie web guys are Post myth peeps, so they have no love for myth.
I dunno to me it seems a little like if your best friend wins the 100 million dollar lottery and now has all new rich friends and wont return your phone calls.
Would it have been that much trouble to keep bungie.net up? they killed it well after halo made them 1000000000 bucks. if it was me i would hire some guys in india for 1,000 a month to keep bungie.net up....would have been simple.
o well ill go check out more videos on youtube of people talking about and showing the Siege Of Madrigal easter egg in Halo one. Where people love that song have no clue it isnt from halo. Der!

There is the inescapable fact that the only people on Bungie.net who play Myth are either a part of the Myth community, or in constant contact with me in a private group on Bungie.net. Posting it as a news story won't get very much attention anyway, as I stated when I first submitted the story.

That image with all the Bungie characters was removed when the new site went up (or it was moved somewhere discrete).
I think I've got a copy of it, somewhere.
