I'm guessing you're looking for "hotline." Here's a http://www.hotspringsinc.com/pages/060down.html to the most recent verison.
You can get older versions at www.download.com as well.

the version of hotline available from hotspringsinc.com (1.9) sux in a major way (porn banners, pop-ups, spyware)
My personal preference is 1.8.5, or if you're on OS X you should use frogblast
