Powered Armor Sprites

What power armor units have been made for Myth? Currently I'm aware of Cages, the Marathon Conversions, the Warhammer 40k Conversions, Zeph's unreal mod, and I think that's about it. Are there any other plugins or total conversions out there that feature fully sealed power armor looking sprites?

And I'll say it again, because I still have some random hope of finding it some how, does anyone have a really, really old plugins folder with a copy of cap troopers in it? It was a starship troopers TC with great power armor sprites and attacks that left half the map a smoking crater.

what are you trying to do exactly? It seems you are grabbing tons of units from plugins and piling them up in your local folder for an epic scifi map. If I were you, i'd stick to one kind of unit made by one mapmaker so they all look alike(ei. use cages only)

You're right about the epic sci-fi thing.
I'm trying to build a tagset of the Flood-Forerunner war outlined in the terminals of Halo 3. Ancient beings with a godlike grasp of technology against endless space zombie parasites.

Right now, I'm using the CAGES troopers as my basic units, but I'm trying to find some bulkier power armor figures to be the higher level units, hence my repeated requests to find the cap troopers plugin (besides the fact that I always loved that one and want to find it again). I'm being pretty careful to make sure they all work together, but I also want to have a pretty big variety of units. Sadly, I don't have the programs or the skill to build my own. Which reminds me, and I probably should have done this at the start...

Who made these plugins, and if the author is here, can I have permission to use them? I'll PM or e-mail you the details of how they would be used.

CAGES - ?
Somewhere in the Heavens - ?
Jinn - Vista
Cap Troopers - ?

Well the "Starship Troopers" tc was just marathon sprites re-used. Nothing new in the whole tagset except what was already in ISOYG and (later) SitH (the two biggest 'thon conversions).

Maybe someday i'll actually release my marathon: RED project sometime...

I have this unit in Cinema 4d, maybe I'll animate it and render in the next few weeks

Ooga, are you ever planning on porting marathon RED to myth? OMFG that would be amazing. RED is one of my favorite conversions for marathon, even if I never could beat it.

And the starship troopers mod I'm talking about isn't the marathon sprite one. Way, way way back when there was a mod called cap troopers which featured original, bulky powered armor troopers against killer laser firing bugs. It was awesome, but not very popular since the troopers had nukes and netgames with it usually ended in under a minute with everyone being utterly annihilated. Still it had awesome sprites and awesome attacks, and I really hope it still exists somewhere out there. Wish I had backed up my old plugins folders more than I did...
