well, not yet. take2 have twice declined the offer (once through an offer direct to the t2 CEO, and then after a meeting of the board of directors), according to the article.
it may be inevitable, but it's not happened yet.

Odds are it won't. But moving the rights over might stir something if someone noticed Myth in their inventory stuff they own.
