TFL: mouse doesn't click where it is pointed

I downloaded the 1.5 patch for TFL. The game starts up (not maximized and with 3/4 of the screen being black) and the intro vid runs without any problems. When I reach the menu, the mouse doesn't click where it's pointed. If I click the mouse, the click is registered down and to the right (e.g. if I click New Game, the click is registered on the Preferences button; to click "Ok" in the Preferences window, I have to aim a bit up and to the left).

For what it's worth, I'm using Windows XP Pro and I have a multi-monitory set up (which I tried turning off to no effect).

Thanks

There were multiple patches for myth TFL that all stand alone, and are not connected. You might want to try an patch with an lower number and make sure you don't have all the patches installed. Although I'm not sure, this might solve the problem.

Ew. I would recommend against this solution. Have you tried messing with the various resolution settings, and on one screen vs. the other?

I wonder if this is a resolution aspect ratio issue. Try setting your desktop to 640x480 or 800x600 then starting up Myth and seeing how it works then.
