Anyone play Hexographica back in the day? Any comments?
Also: does anyone have any contact information for any of its members?
I'm debating making a Hexographica Anywhere in the Anywhere series' next incarnation, so am interested both in players' experience with the game and any contact information for the original author(s).

a lot of the hexo units need further work due to poor implementation.
I was an alpha testers with Hexo back in the day and none of them are around anymore.
When i was a tester i asked them if i could use some of their models and they replied "sure ren, just give us credit for making them"
Wich if the authuors cant be reached, is the standard agreement with myth creators.
i would say aything made for myth during th 90's is fair game if credit is given and the creators cant be reached.

Agreed. That's been my approach to creating newly-used versions of things.
Interesting to hear about alpha testing the units.
I played with the Hexo Catapult and am going to try giving it the WWII-RPG / Trebuchet style of attack (clicking part way to target), otherwise it seems to hesitate like crazy and generally spin around in circles before
finally shooting. Also the Hexo Ballista fires a single bolt which seems fairly weak - I'm thinking a multi-arrow volley like Trebuchets (something I added to that unit with larger arrows) might do the trick.
The Hexo Dragon is pretty sweet (haven't played it in a real game yet, but am planning to tonight), and the Griffin is certainly interesting (dig the air-to-ground melee attack). Thought the Pikemen and Jousting-Knights appeared well executed as well.
Thought it might be interesting as an Anywhere plugin, depending on how well it all plays out.

The Griffin appeared in the Creation plugin "Legend of Gor Ash", in which you try to control an unruly band of bre'Unor on a hill

It's brutal!
We just played it with Dragons, Trebuchets, Sak Cannons, Dwarven Airships and Volund's Catapult. Insane yet very fun.
We played several combos. Going to be fine-tuning this set of plugins and should be very fun indeed.
