Mything Links Updated

I updated the OoH Mything Links page to include a selection of Myth Manuals.
Those in PDF format are marked as such and I cleaned up and ported the HTML manuals so they are intact from the originals. Kind of handy to have them all in one place.
Also updated some of the Marathon links (thanks to treellama's post on MariusNet).
Let me know if there are other links you'd like to see on there.
The OoH site is back up and running faster/cleaner than before (after a migration to a new server). Seems very solid now.
