The Fall of Scales plugin only lets me play "The Recapture of Scales", but the description of it I downloaded said it was a two level plugin.

Hmm, maybe just try clicking New Game button while holding the Shift key.

Some single player maps will not appear unless you hold Shift as you click New Game, or hold Shift as you click OK after selecting what plugins to load. After you have played the map once, then it will appear on the list without the need to hold Shift.
