What do we have most of:
Colormaps with no scripting?
Idea's but no ColorMaps?
Units but no Colormaps?
Colormaps and script but need Tag monkeying
What incomplete projects do you have and what needs to be done to complete it?

if you are good at scripting, after we finish this WWII thing we can tackle the greek stuff
I mean good, because the scripting is very complex
I'm good at it, and I have trouble finishing it....
so there ya go....hehehe

I think 'Everyone' is actually a pretty small core group of individuals these days Deq. 15-20 people or so actively working on stuff that I know of. And of those people, I'm sure if you asked them this question on a one to one basis, you'd get a diffefrent answer from one to the next.
I personally need more units. And that's something you didn't even list as an option of needing more of

Personally I'd say scripting has historically been the greatest need. There have been many people making colormaps, some very average and some brilliant. Yes, there's been many ideas without skill to make them a reality at all, but I don't put any value on those. There's also been the need for units, but unless its a TC (and why would you try a TC if you couldn't make units) usually there's a workaround with myth units or another 3rd party unit.
Most people can "tag monkey" to some degree, and some have shown real brilliance - SiliconDream especially springs to mind here. I don't know of any projects that halted for lack of Fear expertise.
Without scripting, projects with units, monkey'd tags and colormaps can be effectively dead in the water, and I know of many projects that ended that way.

I agree that that statement is true Iron, projects die without scripting, but as far as number of people around that know how to script, and would be willing to guide others in learning how to script, far exceeds the number of colourmappers, unit makers, and tag monkeys. Off the top of my head I can count 6 people that can script and only 3 that can colourmap to a degree of skill that people would enjoy playing the mesh.
