happened a couple of times with this tagset on, even on regular maps. i'd select all of the same unit, use their special ability and then it would crash.

the log of what and what?

The myth_log is a text file that can be found in your Myth II folder. It gets overwritten each time you open Myth2. When errors occur or a crash happens, it sometimes will have useful information there as to what went wrong or why it went wrong. Under 1.7.2, it will actually rename the log in some cases so the user does not accidently erase what it has by loading Myth2 again and therefore losing that info.

As for the film, that is simply the recording of that game when the issue happened. Sometimes the film itself will be of some use to solve issues. If it is the last game you played, then it should be the Last Recording film.

I remember seeing a buffer overflow error on landing w/ CBI a long time ago and I thought we fixed it. Something in the map actions code if I remember correctly.. r2549?

Unfortunately I don't think a crashlog will be produced when a buffer overlfow is detected, since the runtime gets control, displays that dialog box and then quits.

A film would let us reproduce it in a debugger.

Krok, if this happens again can you upload the film? It will be "Last Recording" in your recordings folder.
