wrong file uploaded .

i uploaded a file ( cremisi this proving ) and its the wrong version can any admin delete it so i can upload the correct one thanks .

or can i use the edit to re upload it ?
never mind the edit wont allow me to re upload it .

You can upload it again, but it will still use the old one until an admin approves the edit you made. You can set your item to "hide" so no one accidently downloads the old one. Once an admin approves it, its hidden status is removed automatically.
