Bungie answers customer's complaint about a defective Halo4 disc by giving the customer a new one - despite the fact that Bungie didn't even make Halo4 - and because it's Bungie they make a masterpiece theatre styled 'response' to the customer.

Here, Bungie takes one for the Halo team, despite the fact it parted ways in 2011 with the franchise it created. Reader "Timothy" says he received, as a gift, a borked disc of Halo 4. That game is not made by Bungie, but in fact is the work of 343 Industries (that's "Three Hundred Forty-Three Industries" to you, kind sir).
Still, "Timothy" took his complaint to the game's ancestral home. That above is the awesome reply.
