How do u kill wildlife now?

Before 1.8 had to do shift + windows or something like that, now i noticed that it no longer works. So what's the key combination now.

Win+shift + click seems to still work for me. What map/animal is it not working on?

in fact it's my brain who's not working, i have this fancy gaming keyboard with a switch to activate/desactivate windows key.
