Nem's Mega 3D Terrain Generator
If you want to do a heightmap for Myth 2, first you choose a .wal/wad file as a texture (later i'm gonna tell you how to make/edit .wal file with Jasc Pain Shop Pro 7, which i use). Or use a .wal file of your choice. Export it as a heightmap (bmp or jpeg) with Nem's Mega 3D Terrain Generator.
I use Quark editor (is a fps games editor, which works with Quake 2), for Dawn of Darkness.
With Nem's Mega 3D Terrain Generator, export as Quake map, than copy than copy the map structure in a Quake 2 map with Quark.
