myth 3 sound issue

hello, i get no sound at the main menu or the narration for myth, but there is soundeffects and voices when i load the level, anyone have any fixes?
I have such a problem occurs after I installed the patch 1.3.1
At version 1.0.0, the sound worked.
On what version of the game does not work for the sound?
