this happens in all rooms that are labeled "Ranked" or "Tournament"
games cannot be consecutively hosted by hosts, without being booted to the main menu and having to rehost.
however, Madrigal (non-films) and Elbis Stone (films) seems to work fine. Elbis stone also records films to http://gateofstorms.net/games
