Man....this game is hard and frustrating!
The AI is just terrible if not non-existant for your units. Archers manage to kill each other even when they are in a line formation. They look at he direction of the last place they shot and are blind to anything else. As soon as you leave them alone for 2 seconds, a ghol or wight kills them.
Dorfs keep tossing molotovs into thralls as your warrior are engaging them. Warriors circle around the melee to go after that one thrall they targeted instead of attacking the nearest one or at the very least that one that his attacking them.
Plus, all units are slow as hell to react when given a command.
This is micro management hell.
I can' t believe I used to play this game with 0 casualties on all level.
