Can I play Myth2 on my HTC816

to play it in Android?

It's not currently possible, unfortunately.
In terms of what needs to be done to make that happen - there are both technical challenges (i.e. need a good touch UI, etc) and other challenges (i.e. Take2 would need to authorize such a release for it to be in Android Play Store and they've not really been interested in doing anything with Myth.)
