There is only one mission indeed, and I don't know about any other Wild West solo / coop maps.
However, if you like these units, you can use them on any Myth 2 solo / coop map using one of the plugins you will find in Baak's Anywhere Solo Pack.

There are at least two outstanding Wild West multiplayer maps out there. Maybe three, or so.
