Hehe... by 8 you mean beta 8.. I'm currently working on it... I will remove it from the Shiver map as planned, but the new map won't be ready for some time. So I still don't know if to make beta 8 before the new map is done... or wait for the new map. I'm tweaking the player's units and now each will start with 2 special attacks that can be switched using the Inventory key (I). I already made some script to allow the creator of summoned units to control their unit by simply taunting. One of the bugs in beta 7c was that in a coop when The Watcher would make an undead it would go into the control of the captain of the team. Now the extra units will be uncontrollable and will attack on their own... unless the master of it taunts or there are more players than starting units. When the master unit taunts... the minion will follow its master and attack any nearby units of it's master. Taunt again and the minion will go after the closest enemy and continue its attack until the enemy is dead or it is dead. I gave The Watcher back his Hellfire attack. And I have done other things to the units. The Watcher will be able to make undead out of the enemies' dead bodies as well as living enemies.

Beta 8 would have probably been the first public beta, but others were interested in FH before I had the stuff I placed for beta 8... I think beta 5 was the first beta tested with others, but that was back in 2004. And I have taken two long breaks from Myth since.
