Getting back into Myth (if playmyth would respond to my emails ) after long absence. This is a nice forum. I miss The Mill's. Any other hot Myth forums these days?

Transparency, underwater, renderer load, FPS, clumping, etc
There's a bunch of Myth prefs, some of these I can guess at, some of these I can't, but I've looked around, did some Googling too and can't find documentation on most of these items anywhere. Are these things Bungie put in the game or stuff added by Project Magma? Am I missing some great doc somewhe...

Myth II game save/restore fire arrow burned-ground bug?
Anyone notice this...play a solo level, burn the ground with a fire arrow, save the game...sometime later, when you open that saved game up again to continue playing...the ground shows no burn marks! But when you watch the film of the finished level, sure enough, fire arrow was used, burned the grou...

On eBay or Amazon easy to find Soulblighter cheap, but even better, find either: Myth Total Codex (3 CD mini-pack): Myth I, Myth II, Myth II Chimera solo expansion pack (Chimera also freely download-able at the Tain), a tiny CD insert paper manual, full manuals on CD, and strategy/hint guides on CD....

Myth installer suggestion for the Magma programmers
I'd love it if you guys wrote up a manual procedure (using Fear), or made an updater/installer, that would allow me to setup my system so that the multiplayer maps were on the hard drive (to speed up loading) but the solo levels were not (to save space). A Large install gives me the speed, but waste...

Could be. Blame playmyth.net for not answering their email faster. I discovered projectmagma, rediscovered Myth, but can't get registered with playmyth.net yet. It may be driving me to insanity. All I can do now is sit around and stare at Fetch sprites. The Elfoid wrote:Lack of Myth's sent you crazy. CRAZY.

Fetching Fetch
I'm not sure how appealing that would be - I mean, old lightning-shooting crones posing in the stolen skins of dead guys? You don't think so? Man do you have weird tastes. I think it would be hawt. "Oh, that's right baby, lift that skin a little higher, lemme' see more of your spirit!" ;)

Online Mything
Hmmm, I'll have to ponder what I'll do. I know I can play multiplayer with a small install, it's just slower to load. Delete porn!?! I mean, I know thrall are hot and all, but...no living porn?!? Now if playmyth.net will just respond to my email about registration.... Hmmm, porn, PlayMyth, PlayBoy.....

Large install...removing solo levels?
Do the large install. The standard multiplayer maps are included. I'm not sure the small install even works with the 1.6 patch. Ok thanks. But then can I delete the solo levels & still stream them off the CD when I want to play them? I don't have room to keep 500MB on this disk all the time. Am...
