Just tried it right now, worked on my end. Used google chrome. unzipped to make sure, so I'm at a loss. I did encounter this error before though..

Would not let me use the linked option instead while editing a previous upload

So I posted a new pending upload with the external link option.

I keep getting this error: curl_exec error 7 : couldn't connect to host or the page with red letters saying something went wrong. I continue different ways to upload and it fails every time. I even tried to link the file to an external link so it's not uploading the full thing.. and it still crashe...
