If this is windows, remove norton firewall, make sure windows firewall is disabled as well. Good software anti-virus and anti-spy are all you need when using the router you have with NAT enabled and software firewalls could still be blocking your ports even when those say they are allowing the ports...

I've tried them all and I lag with every one. Since I have an ATI I figured Direct3d would be th eway to go but it lags. Yes, the strange thing is in software mode it lags the exact same way.
